[You all missed Isabelle's smiling face, didn't you? Of course you did. Which is good, because tonight she's on everyone's COMPs to make a special announcement!]

Good evening, everyone! I hope you're all enjoying the warmer weather and looking forward to spring as much as I am! The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming... and just like the flowers, our city is slowly coming back, too! Thanks to the Visitors' help, electricity has been restored to the entire city, and the subway system is almost fully operational again. There are still some buildings that are damaged, but with everyone pitching in, I'm sure we'll be able to get everything fixed up soon. So let's all roll up our sleeves and do our best!

They were damaged in a demon attack a few months ago.

Oh... Is there anything that I can do to help?

I know a lot of people have been coming together to help repair some of the broken buildings, so maybe that?

If I can be any help, I'd love to. Although, I may need guidance. I just got here a few days ago.

I can send you a list of what areas are still in need of repair if you'd like.

A reporter for the local news station, Tomokazu Tokudome, was behind it. I... don't really know what he did to control them all, though.
