[VIDEO] 404: Technology Know-How Not Found

[The feed switches on to the sight of one (1) agitated lineface and her uncle, seemingly poring over Jack's COMP. Agatha looks a mite bit more irritated than usual, and Jack... looks like he's lost in concentration.]

...There is no shame in asking for help - ah, especially since the COMP already appears to be on. How did you even manage that, Uncle?

I... ... I don't know, actually. All I did was touch a few things over here... [Jack points, dejectedly, off to one side of the screen.]

... [Siiiigh.] I - Seriously?

[She shakes her head and then nods at the 'camera' as it were.]

... At any rate, er, hello network. I am Agatha Sheridan, this is my uncle Jack.

[Jack waves a bit, perhaps a little over-eagerly.] Uh... hi. This is kind of awkward.

Perhaps you have already met us. We have a request. Uncle has been here for several months already and still cannot operate the COMP properly. [She glances over to Jack, who looks back at her with a lopsided smile and a soft 'eheheh...'.] ... I'm not really much of a teacher, so if someone could explain how this thing works to him? I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

[Quietly, sounding more like a whining child than a grown man, Jack adds:]

This is so complicated, I don't see why they can't just give us cell phones...

((OOC Note: As this is a joint post, note that Agatha or Jack may answer! Expect potential threadjacking, etc. etc. etc.))

[Concern sigh goes here.]

And the COMP isn't all that different from a cell phone or a computer in its purpose, it's just...packaged a little differently.

[Uncle pls. She knows you're not actually this dumb. ;w;]

[True...she's been in this city for too damn long, seems.]

...yes. I do not doubt you will. You were...from what I have heard, always the quickest to adapt, Uncle.
