Hello, ladies and gentlemen of Hinoto-Ri. My name is Teddie and I've just arrived here. Since it's my first time in this city, would anybody be willing to be my tour guide? [He could probably do it himself, but that would feel really lonely.]

I especially don't mind if a pretty lady escorts me. [If anybody thinks now they have seen sparkles, it was probably not only their imagination.]

"Working on security protocols to deal with it if the demons ever clone or shadow or whatever they called it to me again so I don't loose control of Omoikane. Its not terribly interesting."

Shadow? [She knows about Shadows? How? He isn't the smartest of people, but if he puts this together correctly...]

Omoikane... is that your Persona?

[electricyousei]

"No, Omoikane is the Battleship Nadesico's computer. We were made to work as a group."

There is a long pause and she shakes her head, "I don't like to talk about my persona."

[teddious]

Battleship? Like in the movies? [Wow, where did she come from? Or really, what was this place?

When she mentions the thing of her Persona though, he gives her a small smile.]

Then don't worry. I won't ask about it. [It was always nsty to make someone talk about things they didn't want to talk about.]

"No, there's a lot less screaming than in the movies. We're in the park if it really is that interesting. Its the 'novelty onsen' set up to raise money to run the systems."

[teddious]

Perhaps your ship needs to be fired up then! [The movies speak truths! Or so he thinks, at least.]

Wait, your spaceship is in an onsen? [Color him a little confused.]

"Doesn't every space ship? Traveling from Earth to Jupiter without boson jump takes weeks. Wouldn't people need an onsen at some point in then?"

[teddious]

Do they? I don't know. I thought bathrooms would be enough for that.

[electricyousei]

"Maybe? I don't know. I know the first Nadesico's captain wanted one and since it was an experimental ship they put it in. Its been a tradition ever since for the Nadesico to have one."

[teddious]

Huh. But that's great! You can always bath with everyone! [Oh, wait!]

Is it a mixed one for guys and girls?

[electricyousei]

"No. There are two rooms. There are too many dangers of mixed bathing in space."

[teddious]

Dangers? What kind of dangers? [As long as nothing was thrown at anyone it should be safe! And kind of sexy.]

[electricyousei]

"Resources in space are limited, we have enough for our crew compliment. If people started doing things that led to pregnancy that would endanger everyone."

[teddious]

Pregna-what? What is that? [Had that something to do with girls and guys being together?]

[electricyousei]

There is a long pause, then a sigh as she shakes her head.

"Have a baby."

[teddious]

Have a baby? [Babies were.... oh right, the middle-aged women carried some around sometimes.]

Oh! So when guys and girls go together into a hot spring, they get a baby! Understood.

"Its a bit more complicated than that, but things like that can lead to babies."

Oh! I never knew that. I'll have to keep that in mind!

"I really don't know the specifics, but I do know that it is in the regulations."

[teddious]

In the regulations? Oh, is that like the law?

[electricyousei]

"More like rules. Laws are far far too overreaching for the Nadesico."

[teddious]

Rules, alright. I shall abide to the rules, like the honorable bear I am!

[electricyousei]

"...You aren't a demon, are you? You don't strike me as an AI or insane."

[teddious]

Of course I'm not a demon! How can you even assume that such a handsome boy as me is a demon? [And what was an AI? Why was she wondering? He was trying his best to mimick humans, after all!]

"The constant references to yourself as a bear. You don't strike me as insane, and I know there are many very human appearing demons here and I've met a few AIs capable of that."
