It’s been busy, but since I see we have new people here, I would like to remind people that the Astrology Master Document and Event Master Document are still around. Since both of them can be edited by anyone who has the file, feel free to add anything you know to them as long as it’s relevant. I have backups of the files so I can restore them if I have to, but I don’t want to do that all the time, so try not to mess it up too badly, got it?

So you guys know which one is which:

Astrology Master Document or the amd.doc is for collecting any information related to astrological signs and their meanings, as well as details of events surrounding attacks by the astrological demons. If you want to get an idea of how people have been affected in the past by their astrological signs during those times, check here!

Event Master Document or the emd.doc is for collecting any information on other, non-astrological based events. So, stuff like suddenly being unable to tell a lie, or groups of people being abducted to strange places. That kind of thing.

If you have any questions, you can also use this post to discuss as usual!

Regarding the things my Shadow said - well, none of it really matters at this point, so I'd rather not talk about it. The main point is, I'm not going to kill anyone, so there's no problem. I don't think I need to say this, but just to make sure, I'd prefer it if you don't talk about it with anyone, myself included.

True. Though as cruel as it might seem to some, you can't really focus on body count. There's so many dangers that it's somewhat pointless.

Right. We have casualties all the time, even when there isn't anything in particular going on.

That's never going to change. But at least we can try to beat back the more dangerous demons.

It would be helpful if we had any hint of where they were coming from, but we don't have anything solid. Just theories.

We're pretty limited on what we can do in terms of research, too. Has anyone ever managed it?

Managed to conduct research? I'm trying. I know the government is looking into it as well. What's most interesting is that I can summon the demons I've contracted with in my world, which suggests a strong link to this world.

It might have something to do with these 'destiny strings', but getting further information on them is... difficult.

You've been trying? With what methods?

I've also met some others who had spells similar to the ones used in this world. Is yours the same on that front, too?

Let's just say I have extensive knowledge of magic. The problem is adjusting for this world, since the variables are different... science and magic are more similar than some people might think.

That's right. There's a few terminology differences - wind spells are called different things, for example - but other than that many spells are the same.

Using similar technology as that devil summoner tool?

It sounds like if anyone were going to understand the system here, it would be you. I definitely don't know enough about the magic side to help out too much.

It's not something that I expected a lot of people to know about. I'll distribute what I find, though. I've never seen the value in hiding non-strategic information.

Out of curiosity, even though you can't confirm anything, what are your theories?

Well, at least in my world, the demons were able to enter the world once the barrier separating the worlds was gone. There's a possibility something like that happened here, or at least something that would damage the barrier enough for it to be possible.

To the point that most of the world was overrun by demons... apparently?

Although I suppose it's to be expected if you suddenly introduced a whole slew of intelligent and powerful creatures into a world.

Without something to contain them, yes.

Is a barrier like that the type of thing that can be repaired or replaced?

It depends on what the problem is.
