It's hard to tell from his background just where he's standing, presumably it's one of the streets in the city. He smiles widely, revealing a row of perfect white teeth. ]

Greetings, citizens of the fair Hinoto-ri! Detective Bobby Fulbright here. [He raises two fingers to his head in a quick salute.] Looks like I'm the new guy in town today.
