It's hard to tell from his background just where he's standing, presumably it's one of the streets in the city. He smiles widely, revealing a row of perfect white teeth. ]

Greetings, citizens of the fair Hinoto-ri! Detective Bobby Fulbright here. [He raises two fingers to his head in a quick salute.] Looks like I'm the new guy in town today. I can't say I really get what's going on, but... I'll do my best to keep everyone here safe! That's what this is all about, right? Protecting the city in the name of justice?

[There's a bit of an awkward silence, then the wide grin on his face fades and he hangs his head, pouting like a little kid.] I mean... I don't have much experience with Persona or anything like that... It took me an hour just to figure out how to work this COMP thing... [A bit of a sigh, then his face sets in a determined gaze.] But I'll learn! I can't just sit by and do nothing!

Let's all work together, all right? In justice we trust!

His expression is one of mild surprise, his tone of voice polite- almost pleasant.]

Uhm, well... No. You see... I don't really understand how. It's supposed to be this great power, but that just makes it sound intimidating.

Personas are a part of you, and they first show up to someone at a time of high emotions. Like, almost getting killed is a pretty good way to get them to show up! You should probably have somebody around that can rescue you just in case your Persona isn't enough to defend you, though.

After they show up the first time, you can pretty much summon them whenever you want.

["A time of high emotions"? Well, that's troublesome. He didn't realize summoning a Persona would take such extreme measures. In fact, worded like that it sounds virtually impossible. The incident that occured in the courtroom isn't something he'd like to repeat.]

That sounds really dangerous! Isn't there a safer way to wake them up? Like some kind of alarm clock, maybe?
