Hello!
[Then she pauses. She wants to introduce herself, but that someone has just reminded her not to. When she continues speaking, the smile has faded and her voice sounds... well, like a young child who is a bit scared, but mostly confused, and also trying very hard to sound confident instead of either.]
Can anyone I know hear me?
They said I should ask because lots of people can see this, like on television! [Who 'they' is is also left unclear. But the idea of a video phone is apparently exciting, smartphones aren't exactly the norm in Inaba...] Um... So if you know me, then answer back with a video.
[Because text answers are apparently also bad. This list of rules is even longer than her Dad's.]

[ When Minato first listened to her message, he was worried, but now, having seen who replied and seen that she did in fact find some people she knows is a relief. She reminds him a bit of Maiko, albeit a bit younger, and so of course he immediately is a bit worried about her. ]
