1st Public Works Project [Video]
[Shortly after everyone returns from the Geartopia adventure, their COMP feeds flicker to life to reveal a small anthopomorphic dog girl, eagerly smiling and offering a friendly wave.]
Hello! I hope everyone made it back safe and sound. I thought this would be a good time to introduce myself - my name is Isabelle, another Visitor like you all, and Mayor Sakahagi's new assistant! I'll be working with Miss Junko to represent the concerns of the Visitors in the city, so if there's anything you would like to say to the Mayor or suggestions you might have for the city, please let me know and I'll make sure he sees them. I know some of you were worried about the meeting the Mayor was having before with some of the citizens of the city who were concerned about the Visitors, so I'm here to report the results of that meeting so no one will have to worry.
[She reaches for a stack of papers, shuffling through it for several seconds more than is probably strictly necessary.]
Oh! Um... sorry! I'll just be a moment!
[The feed goes black for a few seconds, but there is still audio, and Isabelle can be faintly heard whining things like 'oh no, where did I put those' before she comes back.]
Ah! Here it is! Sorry for the delay...
[Clearing her throat, and with a small blush on her cheeks, she continues.]
First, it's been decided that all Visitors of the appropriate age need to attend school - that's elementary up through high school. Anyone old enough to have graduated high school is free to enroll in one of the city's higher education facilities, but that's their own choice!
Second, there is no curfew for Visitors because of the need to protect the city during the 13th Hour. However, very young Visitors under the age of 10 will need to have a parent or guardian with them. This does not apply to demons, ghosts, robots, clones, or Visitors who may have been created recently as part of a laboratory experiment. If there's any question about whether the curfew would apply to you, feel free to ask!
Third, the Mayor would like me to remind you all that the legal drinking age in the city is 20, and that this will be enforced the same way for the Visitors it is for permanent residents.
And last, as a matter of public decency, anyone with a, um... [she blushes again at this point, averting her eyes from the camera] ...uh, visually questionable Persona... should try to avoid calling it out during the day, especially when there are children around. There are demons and other scary monsters in the city, but the Mayor is concerned about protecting our youth.
[Isabelle coughs into her fist, quickly moving on from that point.]
Um... and that's all! I've also prepared a Visitor satisfaction survey to get an idea of how you are all enjoying daily life in Hinoto-Ri. This will also be a chance to suggest improvements to make the city a better place for the citizens and Visitors alike, so please take the time to look at it and fill it out! The survey will be anonymous, so please be as honest as you like! I'll report the results in a few weeks.
[Smiling, she bows her head, tail wagging in the background.]
It's been very nice meeting you all! Again, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me at any time!
[Video; filtered to Desco immediately after the last call]
Um... Miss Desco? I was wondering if I could have a quick word with you.

Um... Miss Desco? I was wondering if I could have a quick word with you.

"Queen Desco bids you dark greetings, lowly corrupternment peon! Speak, and your generous ruler shall probably pay attention!"
And now there is a tiny demon girl hanging expectantly on Isabelle's every word.

[Wow, that was a more enthusiastic response than she expected.]
I was wondering if I could talk to you about this 'Queen Desco' thing...

You had a clandestine meeting blocked by anti-dimensional-transport technology to tell us all to go to school?
Is this for real. Like, this is the city's big demand?

Well, it's very nice to meet you Isabelle! I actually got kind of distracted while you were reading the results of the meeting but it sounds like we don't have too much to worry about.

Which is why she is snickering at the "visually questionable persona" part.
Oh, to have Mara with her...

[Upon the realization that she will be going to high school M'gann flashes back to all 18 episodes of Hello Megan including the 3 that were only included on the special edition DVD. When she realizes that this is her chance to live out her fantasy she begins jabbering a list of questions.]
Awesome, where do we enroll? When is prom? Is there a prom committee yet?
[She gasps]
Could I be on the prom committee?

"That works, I guess - I was planning on starting my freshman year here anyway - it's just, what are the requirements for students? I've got my Pokemon to think about, the government stipend isn't really enough to keep all six of them fed, so I kind of need to keep working my part-time job. Also, I've been working on a pamphlet with information on local businesses and the kinds of things us Visitors need to know - who would I talk to about getting it distributed?"

[At least he's calm, he just looks stern. Which is... honestly his default expression.]
And why are you wearing a costume?
[He's SO done with costumes after that nightmare with the aftereffects of TRIHARDO.]
[That's what she was told, at least, and Isabelle has no reason not to trust that claim. She does look noticeably confused about that next question, though.]
What costume? I'm not wearing a costume.

You sound pretty used to your job for being new! Are you experienced in being a mayor's assistant?
