Hello, everyone! I just wanted to say that Guild actually showed up in Hinoto-Ri, so I'm offering to let anybody come with me to go there tomorrow during the 13th hour. Just make sure you bring something to fight with and are able to swim. Otherwise: don't come.
I don't know if atomic restructuring will still work down there, but if you know how to build weapons, make sure you come. I'll teach you how everything works. It's cheaper than buying them from the store, after all. Oh, and if you're a part of the SSS? If you don't come, I'll make sure that you'll get what you deserve.
If you have any questions, though, don't hesitate to ask, alright?

[If death was as -- dare he even entertain the thought, but -- inconsequential as it was in the afterlife, then he could at least take solace in knowing that anyone could come back. He would hate to watch anyone fall, naturally, and would feel just as bad as he always did about it, but at least it was a temporary affliction.
This flippant disregard in a place where death sticks the same way that it did in the living world visibly gets under his skin. Otonashi can pull a lot of irritated faces when the group decides to do something inconsiderate... but this is worse. This looks more like bitter disappointment, as if he expected better from you people.]

[Honestly, to him it's just... nothing to fuss about. Hinata isn't streaking through the streets, he's only shirtless--no different than if he was going swimming--in the safety of his own home. It doesn't embarrass Otonashi, and Otonashi is typically the preacher of privacy and decency.]
... Okay. I want to set up a meeting place outside of the Guild, at least an hour before its set to appear, so that I can talk to everyone who might show up. If they decide against it after I talk with them, they're allowed to back out. No making fun of them, no baiting them, no threatening them. Are we clear? We work together with whoever remains to make sure that everyone makes it out safely.
