It's binary code, not corrupted text. Each string of eight 0s and 1s is a bit string mapping to a Roman numeral or another character commonly used in text.
...Don't go spreading this around, but. This was the same message we got back home when it all started. Just seconds before the first demons came through.
...Naoya, were you the one who put in that message when I unlocked the COMPs? The text from the Bible, and then... this? Or was it someone else's idea?
She says she's been preoccupied trying to keep the firewalls up herself. Does she need you to give her a hand or do you think you can try helping with an antivirus?
I can see what I can manage with an antivirus. The problem is isolating the data - it's moving faster than it should, and it's sneaky. I can do it, it'll just take longer.
... It might be worth checking to see if it's actually alive, as well. I wouldn't put that past this place. And who knows what kind of demons could arise from rumors on the internet?
[A Slenderman demon would just be annoying... though not unlikely.]
Though I'm going to be running damage control for government officials most of the time with this, I think. There's always the tech-illiterate to wrangle.

[Ahh, there's that bad feeling again.]

I don't know why it's called "Zalgo" but never mind that, this is way suspicious.

It is suspicious. Do you know if there is any means of tracing the origin of the message?

We don't know what to make of it!

[Maaaybe she'd tried to be too formal there? All right here goes.] Does anyone know who sent that thing?
[....MAN, that was weird.]

My technological skills are mediocre at best, but if I can provide assistance, I would like to do so.

[After a moment's pause, a slight gasp.]
'Let's survive'...?! No. It couldn't be...

Wait, you read that? What is that anyway, I can't see it very well.

Doesn't make it any less ominous though...
[In fact, "Let's survive" just makes it worse.]

I don't know........
[Atsuro will leave it at that, but he is, understandably, shaken.]

[private or not maybe the virus breaks it]
[idk whatever]

[A pause and Atsuro gives a small shrug.]
Anyway. I'll still take living computer viruses over the Bels. ...Have you been working on this?

I was... half-thinking something like that. It's like it was anticipating my actions - like it was learning. If you think so, then...
This place just loves coming up with new ways to torture us, huh...?

But the antivirus will be the most important thing if we can manage it.

Still, he wants to pick up information. Or, well, as much information as he can with the system glitching so much...]
