I wish I knew what led to them becoming so confused. The leaders of this city should look into it. It's their duty to look after their people and ensure their physical safety as well as their mental well-being.

[There isn't really a lot to do in the hospital, especially for someone who is a) terrified of all the machines and b) very new to the city. Yarne happens upon the message by chance, and he can't help but be a little impressed...even if he's sitting in bed and sounds pretty tired.]
