[Action for the Misato House]

[Aoi has been acting strangely as of late. Not only has she been calling Avitus and Otonashi both "idiots" quite often, but as the memories get worse she can sometimes be seen with a hand over her face, clearly in pain. Whenever she catches herself, she does feel horrible, but she's been able to do that less and less recently...]

Sorry, I'm not sure what's come over me.

[It was just meant to be a simple shopping trip, but for some reason or another, Aoi found herself drawn to a weapons shop. Which, while not entirely odd in itself (she did need to maintain her naginata after all) was a bit different when she started looking closely at the combat knives on sale. Just looking at them, she somehow knows she would be able to use these - and quite well if it came to it.]

Well, it might come in handy...

[Private to Yuri Nakamura]

[After a while, it became hard to deny that she probably knew the person whose memories she had gained. After all, she had met Hinata and Otonashi and knew they were part of Yuri's group. Eventually, Yuri will get a call:]

I think we need to talk.

[ And she'll give it to her ~~because the mun is too lazy to look it up~~ ]

[And she cuts the feed, going to Yuri's apartment as quickly as she can. Soon, there is a knocking at her door!]

[...Well, she had seen a death herself that had been miraculously reversed, but she also knew the exact reason for that.]

How is this only affecting some of us...?

[But then, she shakes her head.]

No, what we need to focus on is how to deal with it right now. Avitus, can you think of any other strange memories that might give us a clue...?

[He shakes his head in turn, sighing.]

I don't know anything about this... [So he'll stand off to the side, instead waiting for Avitus to weigh in.]

[ And Yuri will immediately answer it, flipping her hair in the process. ]

Come in.

[And so she enters, carefully shutting the door behind her.]

...Sorry for imposing on you.

[Her voice is low as she gets through the formalities.]

So... where should we begin?

*thinking, thinking...*

Uh... like... cooking? Making stuff out of... like, cloth and yarn?

*quieter, looking away, vaguely reluctant, since he knows very well what admitting it's an errant memory implies--* Having human friends as a human? *Quieter still,* Havin' parents?

*He shrugs.* I dunno if those'd help much....

Do those people resemble anyone you have met here, by any chance...?

[After all, the thing that had tipped her off the most was recognizing Hinata from her memories, despite only meeting him here in Hinoto-Ri.]

It would probably be best to figure out what we both know.

I remember... Three siblings. They were held hostage as burglars killed them, one for every ten minutes.

I also remember being at a school and leading a group - the SSS. And Hinata was one of the many members.

[She looks at Yuri, waiting to confirm that these are indeed hers.]

*after a second, thinking about it, he nodded* ....I think so... but I haven't seen some of those people lately. I'm not sure they're even here any more.

So it must have been someone who was connected with those people.

[She thinks on this for a moment.]

I don't suppose you remember any names, do you? If you could remember that, you could contact them and ask if they know anyone who would remember the things you do.

[ ... Damn. She didn't want anybody else knowing about that, especially someone she didn't know very well. She curls her hand into a tight fist, her lips quivering somewhat as she finally speaks up, angry. ]

Have you told anybody else about this?

[She lowers her head apologetically.]

...My roommate. [Also, Otonashi. But he seemed to know already...] I'm sorry. Both of us were trying to sort through our memories to understand what was going on.

*Sighs, shakes his head* No one I've seen recently, no. But... I'll keep trying to figure it out. Can't be impossible, right?

That's probably the best way to approach it for now.

[With another wince, her hand quickly returns to her head. It's nothing like the pain she experienced when her true power began to awaken, but it certainly seems to be trying to compete.]

[ Yuri bites her lower lip uncomfortably; she doesn't like having that spread around, but at least it's only one person. It's fine. ]

If you see your roommate again, tell them not to say anything about it.

I will be sure to. And knowing him, he will be certain to keep it to himself.

[So his memories are probably with someone else too. That is the formula of this event... Is researching these... these "events" pointless if we can't figure them out until we're on top of them? This really is madness--]

Misato! What is it?

[ And there's a sigh of relief. Thank goodness. ]

Well, that's good. And don't worry; I haven't told anybody about any of your memories. At least, nothing important.

--It's nothing. Just... another memory.

[Because that is definitely nothing.]

[She bows her head gratefully.]

...Umm, could I ask- which ones are they...?

Don't mention it. Besides, I'm not the type of person to gossip about things like that.

[ And the people she could talk to it about... well, she doesn't know where half of them went. ]

Your friend died in middle school, didn't she? In a fire while under some debris.

[Her expression tightens when she hears that, but she does give a nod.]

It doesn't look like nothing. How do you feel..?
