11th Screw [Voice/Action] - Third prompt is throughout the week
[The remarkable thing about a robotic brain is that it's able to incorporate novel information incredibly quickly. Typically this is involved in learning new skills or solving complex problems. Unfortunately, this time that flexibility and flawless assimilation has only served to create a harmonious amalgam of Nano's existing memories with those she's suddenly received from the entangling of her destiny strings with Xion's. Clearly she was an automaton created by an eight year old prodigy employed by Organization XIII known only as the Professor. That only makes sense. The fact that she's only just now remembered that half of her life doesn't seem to be bothering her very much - instead, Nano's getting right back down to business.
There are, however, a few snags she has yet to work out.]
[Voice; afternoon]
[For once, Nano has elected to use the voice function of the COMP network. Her voice is much more flat and emotionless than usual, though there is a slight tinge of nervousness as she speaks.]
...Has anyone else found themselves unable to use an ability they had before coming here?
[There's a short pause before the next question.]
Were you ever able to get it back? If so... how?
[Action; Sundown; Shinonome Labs in the Pisces District]
[Later in the same day, Nano can be found sitting on top of her house in the residential area of the Pisces District. She's wearing a black hoodie and pants, with the hood drawn closely around her face to obscure her features. She's leaning forward, knees drawn up with one arm wrapped tightly around them as she bites into a frozen treat that may be familiar to some residents of the city. The only real indication that the figure is Nano in the first place is the telltale windup key sticking out of her back - otherwise, it could really be anyone sitting and brooding up there. From her posture, she seems lost in thought, just staring out at the sunset as it descends down below the horizon of the city.]
[Action; 13th Hour; Around the City; any day up until the 22nd]
[During the 13th Hour, Nano's out and about in the city, trailing after a small group of shadowy creatures of various shapes and sizes. She still has the hood up, and appears to be taking pains not to be seen as she runs around after her quarry. Oddly, she doesn't have either of her Personas out, even though by this point the monsters she's chasing could be easily defeated with a single attack from either of them. Every so often, she stops and makes an odd gesture with her hand, almost like she's trying to call something out or summon something to her, shaking her head and muttering under her breath after nothing happens.]

Shaking her head, Nano grits her teeth - why does she keep trying to form these connections with people? Isn't she just fooling herself in the end? Someone without a heart can't make friends. Not real ones, anyway.]
...Nothing.
no subject
[She hadn't figured Nano was much of a fighter unless she really needed to, and why the Heartless of all things? Someone from her group of family and friends were usually the ones who ended up taking care of those during the 13th hour, since they generally ended up attracting them with their keyblades anyways. Even so, Kairi probably wouldn't have given the situation a second thought if not for the fact that Nano was acting and dressing so oddly; she ought to stick around to encourage some more information from her.]
no subject
How do you know about that?
[None of the memories she's inherited from Xion include Kairi, after all.]
no subject
Kairi summons her keyblade to her hand and holds it out to show to Nano, keeping her stance as loose and non-threatening as she could allow herself during the 13th Hour. She didn't want the girl to take it as a show of aggression, after all.]
I was following them too; I'm a keyblade wielder, see?
no subject
How did you...!
[As if on reflex, Nano holds her own hand out in a gesture identical to the one Kairi just used to summon her own keyblade. Only... nothing happens. Gritting her teeth, she clenches her hand into a fist.]
Why doesn't it work?
no subject
[Well, wasn't this getting more and more peculiar? Nano had never mentioned anything of the sort before, but Kairi couldn't really deny that it was possible people she didn't know could have one or the potential to gain one. All the worlds were connected after all, and keyblade wielders could really come from any of them. But still, she couldn't help but feel like there was something off in this situation.]
I'm not sure... I've never had mine not summon properly; I think my friend Xion has had that problem before...? I didn't know you were a keyblade wielder, though.
no subject
[Nano grits her teeth momentarily before letting her shoulders droop, frowning at the ground.]
I haven't been able to summon it since coming here, and I don't know why. This is the first time it's ever happened. Roxas and Axel never had this problem...
no subject
Hey...
[She didn't like seeing Nano so upset, and it was definitely worth watching her a bit more with how she was acting, so Kairi figured this would be a good route to go down.]
Would you like to try using my keyblade for a little bit? Go kill some of those heartless, see if it can get you remembering how to summon yours?
no subject
If you're sure...
[Uncertain as she is, once her hand grasps the hilt of Kairi's keyblade, it tightens confidently around it.]
no subject
[She winks at Nano, placing her hands on her hips.]
Now, I think that group of heartless needs a lesson, doesn't it?
no subject
[Nano nods, her expression hardening into a mask of seriousness. The battle pose she strikes is exactly the same style Xion uses to wield the keyblade, and she wastes no time in heading straight for the small group of Emblem Heartless she'd been tracking this whole time.]
Back me up, okay?
[And without waiting for an answer, she bravely strides into battle, jumping at one and bringing Kairi's keyblade down on its head with an expert stroke.]
