[ It's been... well, a day, more or less.

Robin's had enough time to get more-or-less settled in, get some basic information, and figure out how this strange communication device worked. Thankfully, she was a quick study - no embarrassing slip-ups in handling technology for her!

And thus, with all of that out of the way, it was time for another important task. The video feed turns on to show the face of a young woman, a fairly serious look on her face. A dark-haired woman can be seen in the corner of a screen, and manly "hiyah"s and such can be heard in the background. ]

This is supposed to connect to everybody who's arrived to this city from elsewhere.... right? My thoughts go out to every messenger that's been put out of business by this.

My name is Robin, and I'm looking for anybody connected to the Ylissean army. If you are, when see this message, please contact me back for our location. You might not recognize me as the Robin you know, but-

[ The manly voice in the background cuts in- ] BINDING BLADE!!! [ Owain can now be seen in the background, his sword... neatly cutting through the wall.

Robin turns her attention towards him. ] Owain!! As small as this room is, you're going to practice something like that!?

[ Tharja can be seen more clearly as Robin gets up to scold Owain, but only for a moment as Robin turns the feed off. ]

[ In a huff- ] You'd think some people would have more common sense than to practice their "special attacks" indoors.

You would... but I've known a few guys who are that enthusiastic too.

...With training. Not with putting swords in the walls.

[She laughs, thinking of Akihiko and the lengths he went to get stronger. If he'd been a swordsman, he probably would have put holes in the walls.]

No, not really, but that kind of person does make a good friend.

I can't argue with that. [ ...She still wishes he wouldn't put holes in the wall, though. ]

So, your name's Robin? It's nice to meet you. I'm Minako.

Robin, tactician of the Ylissean army. [ And queen of Ylisse, but that's not important. ] A pleasure, Minako.

That's a pretty impressive sounding job. I was just a high school student. [And Persona-user, but that's not so special anymore.]

A "high" school? Is that a.... school for nobility? [ High class? ]

[She laughs.] No, not at all... It's just the name for the level of school. Where I'm from, most people go to school until they're at least 18. High school is from age 15 to 18.

That's a lot of education. What could possibly require that much? It's not like everybody can become a ruler, tactician, or army officer.

[It's a good question... and a little tough to explain to someone obviously from a very different time period.]

Well, where I lived at least, most cities are a lot like Hinoto-ri. There's a lot of technology and a lot of people who need to learn to use and build it. We need doctors, scientists, engineers, politicians, businesspeople, and teachers, to name just a few jobs. That makes it important for everyone to learn things like mathematics, science, history, literature and foreign languages. And even if you don't plan to become a doctor, it makes you a more well-rounded person.
