[When the feed starts up, there's a view of Neige sitting on the edge of a bed; seems she's already gotten settled into her new apartment. She looks rather well despite all the confusion of the past day, and greets whoever's watching with a smile.]

Good afternoon. I just got here not too long ago, so sorry if the question I'm about to ask is painfully obvious...

But for anyone who's familiar with the major media outlets here, how does one get into contact with them? I was a journalist back home, so I'm looking for a way to put my skills to good use while I'm here. I'd be grateful for any information on this.

[She seems to be ready to shut off the video there before it looks like she's hit with a reminder of something else to say. Then there's a bit of internal debating on actually saying it, where her smile goes away. But since she's already hesitated to shut off the video for a few seconds....might as well.]

If you do contact them they will likely give you a job. I wouldn't trust them. They are just as likely to be a tool of the two beings that run this place as anywhere else.

I can't help you look, but I'll tell you this: there are things the government of this city doesn't want us to know, and they will censor you if you try to publish them.

[Neige will definitely be taking note, and looks rather concerned, even.]

A few months ago, someone noticed that even with the city in the state it's in, we don't seem to be running out of resources. This observation was, from what I heard, not meant to be kept to the Visitors; the public was supposed to see it as well.

And that was censored by the government? [Neige's expression seems to ask the obvious next question for her: 'Why?']

I'm not sure why. I'm not sure if it was even them, really.

[A few minutes later, a simple text link to the post in question will pop up. Obviously, it is still messed up.]

[Neige will spend a moment looking over this post for herself, obviously still concerned.]

[Then, half to herself, she grumbles:] Of course they'd bring us here against our will and then only enforce a convenient truth on us...

The government actually isn't responsible for us being here. They're just... making the best of it, I suppose. Or exploiting us, depending on how you want to look at it...

Philemon, the... "entity" is probably a good way to put it..., is kind of strange.

Someone else claimed that Philemon is humanity, and I'm not sure what I think about that yet.

[She'll just silently agree with Neige with regards to the government there.]

Well, I know about the 'zodiac' as in 'star signs'. Is this in any way related to that, or...?

It is. Everyone in the city that is a Taurus lost control of their mind.

[That delay actually made Neige start to wonder if he'd ever respond at all, if he was just going to ignore her, but she's thankful that's not the case. Especially after how their initial meeting went...]

Mind if we have this conversation face-to-face? Or are you busy?

[He had his own reasons for not responding, even other than how Neige acted the first night they met. Being manipulated against your will, attacking and then getting attacked by others, will do that to you. He answers without caring about being busy or not; it's not like he has things to do during the day.]

Do you know the Pisces apartment building? I'm in apartment 4 on Level 6. I can wait for you here. Unless you know a better place to talk?

[There is no further response. However, in a few minutes, Neige can hear the doorbell chiming from the front door of her apartment. Nothing else, simply that, and then silence from that direction.]

[Wow, that was...fast. So fast that Neige doesn't initially think it can be Zero at the door. It's only been a few minutes, after all. He couldn't have possibly gotten here so quickly, right?

Wrong, as she goes to answer the door and yep. Sure enough, it's him.]

Zero. Hi. [The way she blinks probably gives her 'wow you got here fast' thoughts away, but whatever. She steps back and holds the door open wide, motioning inside.] Come on in.

[Having the agility he possesses and being able to move anywhere from the center of the city's rooftops has its advantages with things, like being punctual for impromptu appointments.

He says nothing, though nods slightly at her invitation inside, moving forward into the small studio and then turning around after getting in far enough to allow Neige in with ease.

It's difficult to read his face, a frown worn as usual, though there is some apparent tension in his movements. Is he feeling... uneasy?]

[Thankfully, Neige is pretty decent at being able to read Frowning Brick ~~maybe because she used to be in love with someone who also frowned constantly~~, so she can (at the very least) sense that Zero isn't completely comfortable here.

Well, that makes two of them. Neige herself seems even more uneasy as she closes the door, then turns to face Zero with an awkward smile on her face. Oh, boy. Why does this uneasy feeling have to hit so suddenly and at the absolute worst time? It's going to make their conversation more difficult than it needs to be.

Nevertheless, she takes a deep breath, then prepares to start this.]

Um. So... [Wow, what a great start.] ...I was...wondering about a few things. About you, and back home.

[Zero crosses his arms with more of a perplexed stare than an accusing one. They parted at the Leo Ward earlier on in the month just as suddenly as they met, what with the 13th Hour yet ongoing that night. And he still has nothing: She was apparently a journalist in his world, but beyond that, she's a mystery besides her name.

He can't fully bring himself to trust her, as the only other humans he's known in his own time were from Neo Arcadia, the home of those that the Resistance struggled to maintain their right to live against their discrimination. Here though, without any apparent support or connection from there, she seems harmless enough. With the humans in Hinoto-Ri (the Visitors in particular) being notably less concerned with robot discrimination, it's something he's slowly getting used to, even if he's stubbornly resisting accommodations.

"It's good to see you again. I mean, I thought you were..."

The image of her surprise however, accompanied with those words, never strayed far from his thoughts.]

... I should say the same. You seem to know me, but I have no idea who you are, Neige. Or is this for some kind of interview?

[Of course, he couldn't ignore that people still thought of him as a myth at the time he was fighting for the Resistance. If she isn't being hostile with him, his being a Reploid, she has to be either from before that time or after...]

['Interview'? ...She can't help but make an awkward laugh at that despite the situation. Hey, the laughing will kind of ease her stress though, right?

...Not really. But it's--it's a start.]

To be honest, I've always wanted to ask you for an interview. But that can wait for another day.

[Now that the conversation is really beginning, her expression becomes a little more serious. The uneasy feeling in her core won't make this any...well, easier, will it? Sigh...]
