And it was actually thanks to demons that we were able to protect ourselves. I guess it just depends on which ones and how you use 'em..

Eh? What do you mean? There are different... kinds of demon? I thought they were... fictional, but all about the same. [Pause, and then he quickly speaks up again.] Oh, you don't have to answer that if I'm pushing too much.

Nah, it's not a big deal. It's just... I don't actually know much myself. [Ahaha...] Some demons we can summon and they help us and act as our allies-- others we fight because...uh, well 'cause we didn't summon them, I guess. I'm not really sure what the difference is-- or if there's really one at all.
[And, as an after thought: ] I always thought they were just folk legends too. Surprising, isn't it?
