Mm. My Persona woke up during that... stuff. I don't like it. I can't get rid of it, right?

[That's annoying. He's quiet for a few long moments before speaking again, tone a little flat.]

And... how do you know if you're real?

[And even if he is real, what if the him outside of the game is so different than the him in the game that they might as well be two people?]

Yeah, but... it's not a matter of if I physically exist... but the 'me' that's here being the real me.

"I once wondered who I was. I eventually got the answer, but it came on its own and my own searches were mostly fruitless. Worrying about something you can't control only brings more worry."

"Well there are demons trying to kill us, a government that isn't 100% honest with us, a shady terrorist organization that hates us, a giant barrier field keeping us in the city and more people than standard resource production should be able to sustain. Any one of those would make a good diversion to most."

Well I've been fighting monsters, but grinding gets kind of boring sometimes.

I've been trying to go to school... I don't like it that much, though.

I don't know what I'd do as a job. I don't really have any kind of skill...

"You have no training in anything?"

Not that I can remember. I'm a Wavemaster - we're the mage class. It's a fantasy game. So it wouldn't really transfer well to a modern city.

"What skills do wavemasters have? Specifically."

Elemental spells and healing spells. I can use dark, fire, and lighting spells.

"Have you seen if they need healers at the hospital?"

... I don't know if they'd take someone like me.
