[On the network, Mia starts a post with a simple text entry. She types several things to practice typing - simple words, like area, "The World" (a couple times, as she figures out how to capitalize), and sometimes just randomly presses keys. When she's done, it looks a bit strange;]

So this is what it looks like on this side. Very interesting. I've never had to use keys like that before. I wonder what the controls for a character are actually like.

I've been exploring the city. I see there are a few ways to travel besides walking, and there's no warping. Can someone explain to me what they are? They're rather interesting looking things.

To answer your question: my preferred method of travel across Hinoto-Ri is the aerial tramway system. It provides a splendid view of the city.

The aerial tramway system. I see, so that's what it's called. I've never seen anything like that, it was never placed in The World.

So you enjoy the appearance of the city?

"The World"? [Well, not every planet name can be creative...] Have you ever ridden a train? It's similar to that.

It is interesting to look at. It's very different from Pastalia, the city I grew up in.

I haven't. Traveling far distances to new areas is usually done by warping.

Well, then you'll be quite comfortable with the teleportation devices that connect the two apartments. Although, I've heard that they occasionally drop you into a swimming pool; you might want to avoid them until that error is resolved.

I don't know what they do, but I would be cautious about using them. There is a lot of strange technology in this city.

[Oh? Mia's curious about that response. Practicing caution for a tramway... she thinks for a moment about what she must mean, but can't quite think of something. Why would she need to practice caution?]

In my world, we didn't have technology like that.

Still, that doesn't make sense to me. That specific thing wasn't in my world either, or anything like it, so it's very strange to me.

The air tram! It's a fun way of getting around. Plus, the view is great from up here.

Yes. Though there were only so many places to warp to.

Really? It sounds like it would be a lot easier than walking, but you would miss some of the best spots in this world. Though, I guess you could just warp directly to the area you wanted, right?

Unless it was one of the places you couldn't warp to.

You just have to know where the area is. I'm more free than most to explore, of course.

Well, I know the view from the tops of some of the buildings are just... chilling. It's strange, really, to see a city like this. I've never seen one like this before.

And of course, if not, there's plenty of places to eat.
