[A visibly distressed Sasha Fyer appears on the screen, her red eyes even redder from crying. Her voice hurried and panicked, she says:]

Has anyone seen a little fox-like creature around here? He's yellow, he's got a white muzzle, red fur coming out of his ears, and a red tip on his tail. He responds to Fei. If anyone has seen him, please let me know! He's a creature called a Pact- no, a Pokemon! A Pokemon, that's right!

On a related note, does anyone know if a girl named Kotoha is still around? She helped me get Fei in the first place, so I'd like to talk with her, too...

Bingo. Just the person Sasha was looking for. She brightens up a teeny bit upon seeing her.

"Oh, Kotoha! Good, you're still here... Have you seen Fei anywhere? I think I left this place for a bit, and now that I'm back, he's not here."

Okay, missing pokemon, Trainer that is possibly panicking - Kotoha takes a second to look over Sashs and sees the signs of a recent crying session and upgrades that to definitely panicking - time to go to work.

"Alright, first things first. Since we properly registered Fei as your Pokemon back home, he has a Pokeball - have you checked that yet?"

"Would I even still have it? I doubt it went home with me, and I didn't really keep him in his Pokeball that much. Where do you think I should look?"

Sasha was not used to involuntary worldhopping and its consequences, to say the least.

"Okay, let's see...first, you should check your apartment, okay? And I'm pretty sure that City Hall has a storage section for things Visitors leave behind, so I'll just bring up their current listing..."

She suits actions to words as soon as she's done talking, turning on a nearby laptop computer.

Where did you last see him?

[Sasha calms down a teeny bit upon seeing Atoli.]

Hi, Atoli. I remembered you this time, see? Ahaha... um... it's been a little while since I've been here, I think... he was with me pretty much all the time before I left.

...What do you mean by "been here"? Were you out of the city for some reason?

I'm pretty sure that was the case. The date is different from what I remember it being, and that makes no sense. I must have left for a little while, somehow.

Is there anywhere you think he'd go to?

Hmm... you know, I'm not entirely sure. Before I left for a bit, he was always with me. I hope he hasn't gone far...

Mm-hm. That's the only explanation I can find for why the date is different than I remember it being. I think it was December or January when I was last here...? Wow, my memory is fuzzy...

No worries, she just contacted me.

A Pokemon is, as far as I know, a sort of magical creature from another world. I've had experience with similar creatures called Pactions.

Oh! Yeah I remember seeing her with those but I never new their official names. For a while I just thought she was a demon tamer. Some of them do look like the demons 'round here.

[His Espurr peeks out from in his robes. Looking? They can look.]

[Sasha brightens up a little bit upon seeing the peeking Espurr.]

Yeah, Kotoha just contacted me. I see you've still got your little guy! Espurr, right? I wonder if he knows anything about Fei, since the two seemed to be pretty good friends when we first found them.

Maybe. Hey, do you know anything?

[Espurr seems to think for a moment, her eyes half-closing, and then tilts her head left to right.]

I don't think she's sure...

Oh, Espurr's a she? Oops, sorry! Mm... maybe he's still somewhere in Pisces. I should go look.

Hm. I suppose it makes sense your Pokemon wouldn't have returned with you.

Yeah... if I knew this was going to happen, I would have tried to either arrange for someone to look after him, or I would have tried to take him back with me. It wouldn't be the first time I've taken a weird creature home, anyway.

City Hall may have some information. They're the ones who maintain the Visitor apartments, considering that they're government subsidized. If Fei was still in yours when you left before, he may have ended up there, especially if he was in his Pokeball at the time.

I don't think it's too likely that he was in his Pokeball when I left. I left him out of it a lot. He even had his own pillow to sleep in here.
