... also I think there are some animals in the Libra apartments that need a new owner, I haven't seen their owner around in a while. And I can't take care of them all.

[he noticed his cat lady neighbour has gone missing so... Blues kinda has been trying his best to take care of said cats to the cat lady, and well. May as well see if other folks are better suited to watch some cats.]

No, I don't. I sort of knew the owner, and they haven't been around for a few days. That's actually why I started trying to take care of them.

Cats are harder to care for than I thought they'd be.

If they don't want to go with a certain person they won't, thus "if you can catch one". It means one wants to go with you.
