I've seen this kind of thing before. When it gets ugly, it gets real ugly. I get what you're sayin', but I'm not one to burn bridges, either. If I close my doors to the natives or scare 'em off ever comin' in at all, that's just one more on a long list of reasons for them to hate us. But I figure there's just as many of 'em out there that hate the government and the Anoli, too. Might not be so bad to have people like that in your corner when push comes to shove, if you get my drift. You don't win a turf war without the hearts of the people, believe you me. Not that I'm fixin' to get caught up in another one of those anytime soon.

[He pauses for a moment to think.]

Well... I guess I'll see where things go once we're up and runnin'. I'll be havin' a little sit-down with Nyx before then to hash things out and see what kind of a niche this place can fill. A little friendly competition never hurt anybody, and it never hurts to get chummy with the neighbors when you're new in town. All the clientele needs to know is that the girls are clean and the drinks ain't watered down. The rest usually takes care of itself.
