[Well, well, well! Theodore has seen that everything has slowed down, and with the guests being introduced to the Velvet Room it certainly makes things easier for an introduction. He won't even have to explain much if at all, though that part kind of makes him sad.
He likes showing off his knowledge.
Regardless!! This guy is in the familiar wear of the Velvet Room still - he just can't leave it behind - and after a minute of staring at the screen to make sure he's got it right he smiles and bows. He's been practicing this in his room and damn if he doesn't get it right.]
Good evening, honored guests and masters of Hinoto-Ri. I am Theodore, a [SAYITSAYITSAYIT] former [whew good] denizen of the Velvet Room you have recently visited. While the form may have changed along with its hands, that room will always feel the same to one such as myself.
[A wistful look. How he longs to be back there.]
In any case, I look forward to meeting each and every one of you and helping as I can. If you still have any questions even after all of these elaborations or due to them, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will gladly answer them to the best of my abilities.
[please make him feel useful
it's just not the same if he doesn't have someone to help like that
--wait there was something else to these things. There's an awkward sort of pause as Theodore racks his brain and nods, smiling still.]
Oh, and as for things I enjoy... I quite like the view from horizontal bars, how challenging they may be to first climb, and takoyaki is a treat to be shared with those you consider friends. Please remain loyal to your bonds and maintain them in a timely manner.
[They're what help Lord Philemon, after all.]

...
Was Elizabeth not telling him all of the story?]
From what she said, she battled against other Persona-users in order to find the "manliest of all men" and apparently found a love for the thrill of such exotic chances at testing strengths.

Maybe. Elizabeth was always a little on the topsy turvy side.]
I've always found it to be more advantageous to have people not understand your strength, it puts them at a distinct tactical disadvantage.

[Priiiiide. But it's more of a fact, really. Just thinking about his last fight that was worthy of such a warning makes his skin tingle.]
[She trails off and sighs]
Killed very important people to me. I'd rather see them contained and forced to live with their actions that be granted the simple release of death.
How to approach, then?]
You are a rather merciless young lady. [it's not offensive, nothing mean or hesitant like that, but kind of... impressed? maybe?] To be honest, the phrase is only a standard to which our foes must reach to even have a chance at beating us. Residents such as myself have no "life" or "death" in the traditional sense, though we know of the terms. Something such as forcing someone to live with their actions instead of subjugating them seems rather... effective as revenge.
[... he supposes. the last three words are a little hesitant compared to the others, since he's not sure how to feel.]
And is forcing them to live with what they have done any different than the contract from your room? I'm just wishing that they are held responsible for their actions. Nothing more or less. Death is an escape from responsibility.
I would not agree. That sort of thing is a punishment, and one not given lightly, is it not? [Unless you're in need of supplies. Hmm hmm~] If death is the consequence of their actions, then that is the responsibility they must own up to. You are bound to this as well. It is not exactly the same, but it may be close enough for many minds.
[... Considering life or death sounds silly, by the way. His destiny is wherever his duty takes him.]
Still considering the philosophy, it is an ordered system's reaction to an attempt to destabilize it. Change can cause death, and the universe can be the tool of change but that rarely is the end of the journey for everyone involved.
