[Well, well, well! Theodore has seen that everything has slowed down, and with the guests being introduced to the Velvet Room it certainly makes things easier for an introduction. He won't even have to explain much if at all, though that part kind of makes him sad.

He likes showing off his knowledge.

Regardless!! This guy is in the familiar wear of the Velvet Room still - he just can't leave it behind - and after a minute of staring at the screen to make sure he's got it right he smiles and bows. He's been practicing this in his room and damn if he doesn't get it right.]

Good evening, honored guests and masters of Hinoto-Ri. I am Theodore, a [SAYITSAYITSAYIT] former [whew good] denizen of the Velvet Room you have recently visited. While the form may have changed along with its hands, that room will always feel the same to one such as myself.

[A wistful look. How he longs to be back there.]

In any case, I look forward to meeting each and every one of you and helping as I can. If you still have any questions even after all of these elaborations or due to them, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will gladly answer them to the best of my abilities.

Oh, and as for things I enjoy... I quite like the view from horizontal bars, how challenging they may be to first climb, and takoyaki is a treat to be shared with those you consider friends. Please remain loyal to your bonds and maintain them in a timely manner.

I don't believe there will ever be an establishment that rivals your city's... unique takoyaki ingredients, but we must remain vigilant. I have heard that the Virgo section houses such delights, though I haven't dared to traverse the bazaar myself. One would be able to get lost in such a cornucopia if they were not careful.

We won't get lost if we bring a map with us! Or just ask for directions if it happens. [Minako is the master of optimism!] Do you want to go visit it, Theo?

I am unable to put in a formal request, but I would be delighted if you would accompany me to try the cuisine Hinoto-Ri has to offer. And, of course, there will be no need to ask for directions. I will guide you.

[Just because they say people get lost doesn't mean Theodore intends to. He's quite happy at this whole prospect.]

That sounds perfect. [Since he has yet to obtain a "part-time job", which sounds much like a continuous request.]

[no Theo don't... she's not that important!! but she doesn't know he's waiting so long for her so she can't reprimand him for it.

Either way, at lunchtime she makes it to the meeting place and looks around for the bright blue and black suit.

There he is! He's very hard to miss, considering he'll be wearing these clothes until forever. There's just too many... memories? within the blue strands. Or something of the sort. No matter what, he will always be an attendant of the Velvet Room - even if he's currently a "guest." This sort of thing certainly brings him back however.

Theodore's noticed Minako the moment she stepped within the area (it's hard to forget a power like the one she has) and believes that raising a hand in greeting is what is appropriate. He's seen others do it!]

Minako enthusiastically waves back at him and calls across the space so pretty much everyone in the immediate area can hear.] Hi, Theo!

Theodore looks uncomfortable at the sudden draw of attention, but it smooths over into a smile as she approaches. He won't greet her until she's closer too. It's just his preferred way, and another preference would be to shadow her but he remembers the odd stares that got him that when he did so at the high school.] Good afternoon. Are you ready for a journey to find the most excellent cuisine Hinoto-Ri has to offer?

Of course. I believe that if we are to taste everything, we must start circle around and step into every shop that catches our interest. And then we might go once more to see those that had not at first. Or maybe we should visit every shop regardless of interest and explain our task of exploring every culinary delight, so that they may provide us with small samples... What do you believe is the best course of action?

[She miiiight be able to tell he has a spring in his step ~~as if his obvious words aren't enough~~. Despite all the time he can spend with her now, this sort of thing is the most familiar. It's really exciting!!

I think we'll be able to see more if we only go for what's interesting. We can always come through again another day. [That's right Theo you can have multiple dates! Also, it's good that you're away from Elizabeth for a while...]

[He would rather explore everything in one day but-- well, alright. Best to preserve one's strength.] If you say so. It is much too large a city to try and go at all at once.

[now what did Elizabeth say to do OH YES holding out his arm!! And, uh, clarifying.] So we are not separated.

this is pretty harmless, right!!

So she takes his arm like a proper lady being escorted by a gentleman.] Lead the way, Theo.

[Right, completely harmless! It's just to travel around! There really is no ulterior motives whatsoever, because he's not his sister(s).

And he certainly will, inspecting each store and stand with a careful eye on what is the most delicious and for takoyaki, which is always delicious. He doesn't quite know where to begin however!] Please do not hesitate to bring me to a full stop if something catches your eye as well.

And the same for you, Theo... Oh! [Hmm, speak of the devil, is that a takoyaki stand? It's easy to smell the frying oil from over here.]

[He's not going to rush on over, nope, but there is the steering of his sister in his step. They're alike in some ways! That sure does smell nice, let him just identify the ingredients-- Oh.] I regret to inform you that this does, in fact, contain octopus.

[Like he looks sad though pffft no he's still pretty happy, this is a genuine New Thing for him again!]

I... suppose you're right. I was looking forward to seeing what sort of secret ingredient may have been lurking beneath the surface, such as what I first experienced with you.

[yes okay let's taste it.

it tastes the same, kind of, but Octopia's has a kick to it in Theo's mind. you'll always compare food to the first time you tasted it. he's not sure whether to look disappointed or pleased, so it'll be kind of an odd mix of both.]

[Minako seems to be enjoying it anyway, even if it doesn't have the secret ingredient...]
