Exactly - unless it was the kind of country where the government is more involved in that kind of thing, but those are the more openly oppressive types, I'd think.

Yeah... I'm sure they want to thank us for agreeing to help, but what good is that if the citizens are paying for it? Were they able to get out, I imagine there would be a lot of people moving away.
