It all seems a little complicated.... I mean normally the government wouldn't be in charge of distributing resources at all, right? It'd all be done by the people buying and selling... you know, the economy or whatever.

But resources have to be tighter in this situation since the world's supposedly over... So they're kind of forced to pick and choose where they go. I definitely think they're funneling it to the wrong place, especially since we don't... really have to be here...
