Ahhhhhh... I don't understand any of this!  What am I supposed to do?

[Nano is loudly whining to herself while sitting at a desk.  There are papers stacked and scattered everywhere haphazardly, along with several calculators sitting in various locations on the desk, paper streaming out of them like ticker tape at a parade.  Other receipts are messily strewn about the desk and the room, and even more go flying as Nano pounds the desk in frustration before flopping forward onto it.]

I can't run a business!  What was I thinking?

Yeah. There's usually one general manager, and then two, three, maybe four shift managers. When the general manager goes away, the shift managers take over his duties.
