[ Late Friday morning, Minato manages to coordinate his sluggish movements enough to start a video feed on his COMP. He'd honestly rather just ask this by text, but he's having difficulty focusing enough to type, and video is easier. He's looking pretty pallid, though his cheeks are flushed with fever and his eyes are a bit glazed, as he sniffs and shivers and blinks blearily at the camera. ]

Anyone know where to go to see a doctor? [ His voice is very froggy, and although he opens his mouth to say something else, he breaks off with a cough, and he turns the COMP away while he recovers, muffling his coughs into the crook of his elbow. ]

Ah... sorry. I also... wanted to know if the doctors here made house calls...

[ It's cold outside, and he has a fever and doesn't relish the thought of stumbling to a clinic on the other side of the city. ]

Oh.... that does sound... unpleasant.

But... fevers help you get better anyway...

[ At least, if he remembers rightly they do. He starts to say something else, but breaks off into coughing. When he recovers, he focuses a little more on her original offer. ]

um... how much would decongestant be?

[ He's just a bit unsure about magic meant for injuries and how it would work on illness. ]

[Well, that's surprising.

She's going to end up sick, too, if she ain't careful.]

[She laughs a little wryly]

With any luck, it'll be Sora.

[Sora, her older brother who hadn't even awakened his Persona yet. ~~And little did either of them know that Sora actually would be one of Minato's first opponents~~]

But yeah.... I hope so too. And you.

[She still doesn't really like how dangerous this is, but if her friends are there, she wants to be there too to help them.]

[ Minato smiles faintly and nods. ]

I'll rest. See you later, Aki-senpai. [ He sniffs and mumbles something about taking a nap before cutting out.

Don't worry, though. He'll probably be sort of awake again when Akihiko drops by! ]

[ Minato.... stares at the manga. It's very cute. And aimed at little girls. ]

Ah... thank you, Ryoji.

[ He smiles anyway. Clearly it will be a cute easy read all the same! ]

I guess we'll see how it is.

[ He opens to the first page. ]

Um... I think I have medicine...

[ He sniffs. Passing the time, however, is something else. Obviously he'll spend most of it sleeping, but... the awake times... ]

I'd ask if you wanted to come over, but... I don't want to get you sick, too.

[Later on in the day, once Minato's had a few hours to nap, Akihiko knocks lightly against the door of his apartment.]

You awake, leader?

If you're sure...

Maybe I could bring you some medicine in the meantime? [It's a bad feeling, not being able to help...]

[ Well, that comment hits a little home, considering that.... Minato has been out every night this week. Whoops! ]

Ah... I suppose...

[ But let's be fair. Minato gets sick from spending too long doing homework sometimes... His immune system is screwed regardless. ]

Still.

[ He's grateful for Shinji's concern, if nothing else. ]

[His concern is appreciated, though she shakes her head. It would be a good opportunity for bonding after all, even with the chance of getting sick.]

I wouldn't mind. I rarely have been ill before, so I'm fine with taking that chance.

No problem, Minato-kun.

[And guess who may or may not be leaning over slightly to peek at the pages too. Sup dude. What is personal space, even if you're sick?]

[He figured. But what's done is done.]

Still... I didn't think of it... [ he interrupts himself with a sneeze ] And you're kind...

[ The latter is added rather groggily, as Minato rubs an eye. He seems to be fading a bit and will probably fall back asleep soon... ]

[...She approves of him calling her that, but, this is public, Minato...

At least until she puts up a filter. Also drink some water or else.]

I'll be checking on that when I get there, nii-nii.

[ turning his head to cough into a tissue, Minato totally misses the fact that she sets this to private... not that he even seemed to have thought about it to begin with. But when he's recovered, he sniffs and nods. ]

[Hey don't sweat it, it's not like Yosuke's grades helped him either. He could've cared less about getting into a fancy private school.]

Huh, that's probably why we never met. I guess you're a couple years older than me... though you don't look it? [He's 18 now, Minato looked the same age as him.] I hope you feel better, by the way. Sorry I can't actually help out much.

I'm seventeen... or ... I was in 2010. So I guess... depends on when you're from? [ He knew Mitsuru and Akihiko were from at least a month later, and Shinjiro was from several months earlier, so it wasn't too much of a stretch to be from even further apart, right? ]</small. And thank you. It's nice to talk, anyway.

[ He smiles a little, in spite of his concern about her getting sick. ]

Okay, then. Ah... I'll leave the door unlocked in case I'm asleep.

Thank you. I think my sister may be bringing some...

[ Personal space is a myth. Like Bigfood and the Loch Ness Monster.

Minato tilts the book so Ryoji can see it properly too. He doesn't really mind all that much. It's Ryoji, after all, and some warm, shared body heat feels nice. Besides, there's no one else here at the moment, so it's not like it's embarrassing. ]

[ Fortunately, Minato actually is! He's wrapped up tight in a sweatshirt and a blanket, while he stares at a kettle in the kitchen, waiting for it to boil. At the sound of knocking, he looks up, blinking a few times to focus himself. ]

Ah - it's unlocked.

[ He does his best to call out, though he winds up in a coughing fit after that, so ... let's hope Akihiko heard? ]

Ah... how many doses would that be?

[ That's not so bad for cold medicine if it's a whole bottle of it or something. ]
