[Well, it turns out approaching people via video is a lot easier than just walking up to someone in that crowded room the night they arrived. I've already met a few of you, but I'm Akihiko Sanada, from Iwatodai, Japan. I'll be staying at Libra 5-08. I've had some extensive experience with the use of Personas already, so if anyone needs a hand, I'd be willing to lend one. I know getting used to it isn't always easy.

If there's anyone out there with an interest in boxing and looking for someone to spar with, drop me a line. Some of my equipment came with me, but there's nothing like a sparring partner to help keep your skills sharp, and I won't be giving mine the chance to slip.

The Astartes use a more diverse method of combat. Nothing wrong with fists, but it isn't a practical method of fighting in and of itself.

I have never tried this... boxing you speak of, however I am also eager to keep my skills in fighting up to date. I would not mind learning however, if you only wish to box.

I could teach you a little. Becoming a skilled boxer takes a lot of time and practice, but I could show you the basics.

I've had a Persona to back me up for awhile now. Between the two, I've been making a pretty good go of it, I think. I don't have much experience with other forms of physical combat. What do the Astartes use?

Still, anyone who volunteers to spar should know there's always a risk of injury with something like that.

It's a manifestation of your inner self, used to help fight Shadows -- or demons, in this place. Lots of people have the potential to use one, but not everybody awakens to it. It usually takes something stressful or traumatic to call it forth.

Sounds good to me. I'm not about to turn down the chance to run with a partner. It'll do you some good, too, help keep you on top of your game.

[There's no response, but after a few minutes, Akihiko might hear the familiar roar of her motorcycle's engine outside. It still kind of stinks that there's no parking lot set aside for them or an easy place to stash the vehicle; Mitsuru is not fond of just parking it on the side of the street.]
