This is only the second time Locke has addressed the network directly, but it's important, and that can be seen in his serious expression.

"Considering the recent announcement about the Prix and the Anoli, and the willingness others had in wanting to help, I've decided Hinoto-Ri might benefit from it's own branch of the Hellsing Group. I worked for a branch in my last city and it seemed to help there whenever a threat arose."

He pauses. This isn't like him at all...but, then again, this whole idea's embarrassingly new to him, so he keeps his doubts out of his face and voice.

"The purpose of Hellsing is to protect the city and it's inhabitants from demons, monsters, and other people looking to do harm. While we do need combatants, we also need people who are more brain than brawn. He need Field agents, people who can do research on things the field agents will be facing to make them more prepared, and we need strategists to put it all together.

If you'd like to help but prefer to work alone, we hire contract agents as well. You'll be associated with Hellsing, but work when you want and get paid when you do.

If you do work for the group...I can promise the hours will be flexible and mostly up to you...what i can't promise is that it won't get messy sometimes."

Another pause as his mind races to make sure he got everything.

"Hellsing also offers protection for anyone who might need it, the base is protected by magic and we'll offer you any assistance we can. Anyone can work for Hellsing, so long as you're a visitor. If you haven't unlocked your Persona, or if you don't really know how to fight but you want to help, we'll train you.
...if you have any questions, let me know, I'll be happy to answer them."

He smiles and ends the feed.

Only to start it again a moment later.

"We talked before about this...I could really use your help. To be honest, I only have half a mind of what I'm doing."

...How flexible is flexible?

Depends on the job and how many people we've got. The more people, the more flexible the hours can be. Field agents will be expected to take, at least, two shifts a week. When those shifts take place is flexible. Of course, if anyone wanted to work more often than that, there'd be nothing wrong with that either.

More lenient. Basically, you're only expected to show up when called, which'll be when there's no one else to do a job or when there's something serious going on.

However, you're only paid those times when you work instead of an actual salary. It's good for people who don't have much time or don't like structured systems.

The base is in the Leo ward, if you'd like to do it there. Otherwise, I can send you an electronic version. Whatever you prefer.

I would prefer to do it personally.

Then you'll find us a couple blocks north of the government building. The form'll be set up for you. May I have your name so I know who to expect?

[ Holy shit does it sound weird to have someone else spouting on and on about her organization. He seems to know just as much as she does about the damned thing. Either way, he's got her attention. ]

Well, you've... got most of it covered, at least.

[He's a little embarrassed, he knew she had created it in Bete to begin with, but he'd had the means and the initiative and he didn't even know if it would work.]

Maybe right now. But I'm not the leading type. All I know's from observing how the other branch did things.

At home, Hellsing cost quite a bit of money to continue existing. I'm not sure how the government here would feel about aiding such a cause... we may have to find other means.

Other means is doable. I'm pretty good at finding ways to get by.

Besides, I got the place started and can handle it for now.

[He didn't believe in banks because he'd never had to rely on one back home. consequently, he'd arrived in Hinoto-Ri with some of his cash and quite a few 'rare' things that he'd easily been able to part with.]

I suppose we could attempt fund raising events at some point.

[ Not that, of course, she'd ever wanted it to resort to something like that... but if they could pull this off, it would be worth it. ]

I'm surprised you've actually taken this much interest in it, honestly. Most people just think I'm crazy when I mention it.

I don't see why. It seemed to be a good force in a broken city, this place might not be as bad, but it's the same idea.

I don't know what your organization looks like back home, but there's an office with your name on it, if you want it. And there's bedrooms upstairs. It's nothing glamorous, but it's there.

Well, it's good to know that at least I'm not alone in this endeavor.

[ She finally offers the tiniest of smiles in return. ]

At home... well. At home, it's in shambles.

How do you feel about working with pre-existing groups?

[ Minato doesn't want to make SEES a group beholden to another group or a subsidiary. After having their strings pulled in a bad way by the Kirijo group that started it back home, he's more keen on seeing it stay relatively independent. But even so... there is value in communication and working together, and if there are other groups out there interested in dealing with the monsters, figuring things out and keeping people safe, well... it doesn't hurt to start the talking process, right? ]

[Locke wasn't entirely certain how he felt about it. He didn't want there to end up being any sort of co-dependence between groups, especially when this one was just starting out..but, hadn't he just been telling Integra that he wasn't entirely sure of what he was doing? Some collaboration might be helpful.

Plus, had there been another group like the Returners back home, he was certain Banon wouldn't have hesitated to know there was someone reliable at their backs.]

I think it's a good idea, assuming we're talking a kind of partnership and not a fusion.
