*Yep, they kind of are. But not so much that she can't see anything, sort of. He quits paying much attention to the watch, forgetting to turn it off before setting it down inside the lamp's bowl, so he has a hand free for the stairs' railing, and opens his wings up a bit behind him, to act as a parachute and slow his descent, it seems... except even doing that, he's able to move pretty quickly down the stairs. Must have long legs.*

*It's not going to take him long to get down those eleven flights of stairs, to the bottom of Libra's apartment complex... maybe only about as long as it takes her to ride the elevator down and get to the transporter. She'll find him in the building's entryway, as he'd said he'd be, somewhat absently smoothing down his robe, so it's not twisted around under his sash oddly.*
