It's a Japanese honorific, like many from the west would say "sir" or "ma'am", we have our own suffixes and titles.

And the only time she remembers dealing with you involved kidnapping, and that is at the top of her 'shit never to happen again' list.

But to answer your question, there's a couple different districts where you can find shops. You'll probably wanna check Virgo first.
