People mostly go to cosplay cafes for the atmosphere. It's fun to be waited on by your favorite characters.

Well, the thing is, this place. It kinda grabs everybody from all sorts of dimensions, right? And I'm sure you're familiar with the idea that what's fictional in one world is reality in another?
