[When the video starts, Link's standing outside his building, staring up at the snow. He looks a little worried at it all, and pulls his tunic around himself tighter. He looks over at the COMP, and frowns.]

[His voice is very quiet when he speaks.]

What do you do when you can't sleep? Or when you have nightmares? I'm not sure what to do.

... I'm not a Kokiri, I just grew up with them.

[He seems to droop a bit.]

But um... our guardian is the Great Deku Tree, so I guess it makes sense.

Simply, I hope. Have you ever heard anything about whether a creature called the Baku lives in this city?

Talking about what's bothering you. Or, not necessarily bothering you. But things that are keeping you awake that you don't even know are.

Find a place to sit and make yourself comfortable. Once in comfort, close your eyes and focus. Focus on the thing in the world that brings you the most peace. That you desire most. Focus on it until it alone becomes your world. Until calm comes.

Thinking about things and letting them overtake your mind could be what's causing your insomnia and nightmares. Your brain is working so hard it won't 'turn off' to go to sleep.

There's also such a thing as a moving meditation. Some activity you know so well you could do it in your sleep, maybe? Do it over and over again until it clears your mind of distractions.

Nightmare usually are I think... especially if they're nightmares about something we don't like to remember or are afraid of...

I've never heard of it... what's it like?

Oh... well. I... just... a lot happened at home really fast, and I found out I wasn't what I thought I was growing up. I had to fight lots of monsters and the entire world changed. I'd never really killed anything before and suddenly I had to kill all of these things and I know it was to save everyone but I still felt really bad. And my best friend is gone and people call me a hero and I don't... really feel like a hero at all.

Oh... maybe. Before... everything started, I used to help pull weeds and take care of plants... but I don't think there's really much of that around here...

Well he's not really my brother, but he's another me, if that makes any sense? I mean we're both Link and we're both from places that seem a little similar, but there's still a lot of differences... but he's really nice and he helps take care of me.

[... He's quiet for a long moment.]

All of the monsters I had to fight... and the biggest monster of them all... I... I wish I could forget them sometimes...

And your guardian is a tree, huh? Like a god of some sort? Could you talk to it or was it more symbolic than that?

That would be nice. I wonder if they'll be okay with the cold, though - the Kokiri Forest was always pretty warm and sunny.

My mother left me with them when I was a baby before she died.

And he is... was... is... sort of like god, but not nearly as powerful. He watches over the forest.

Oh...that-that's sad. I'm sorry. I understand that, you know. My mom died when I was young.

But um, that's interesting. Did he protect all of you from outsiders that wished to harm you?
