I haven't entered the establishment, but--I did see one that seemed promising, while I was walking about. [Now for the embarrassing part, admitting where she's found one...] Ride the tram to the Taurus district, get off at the third stop, and walk west two blocks. It will be on the left side, towards the end of the street, with a large neon sign on the front. It's called, The Good, the Bad, & the Off-Key.
