A monster that yearns for humanity is one whose soul is evolving, despite the fact that monsters do not possess such an ability. So are they human in soul, yet monsters in body?
Souls are mysterious things, and the greatest power humanity has. It is what makes them stronger than monsters. Despite being weak, to have nothing but their imagination and stubbornness to give them strength, humans always succeed and persevere - even the apocalypse, they survive!
