[Oh sure, Theodore has noticed things have been getting a little... hectic recently, especially since both of his sisters seem to be affected, but this might also be the only time these things get given away! Even if he might have to
oh no he's not lying he's lied by omission enough since he came here he's so not.
In any case, he's going to be giving out his ill luck gotten prizes! It expands quite far and, after asking a rather paranoid looking man pleasantly if he could use his cart for his plush display, Theodore's got them all nice and orderly from the first to hopefully to go (Mara--) to the least likely to go (... Mara? Ghoul.) and everything nightmareish in between. And, of course, the best way to advertise is to put it where everyone can see it! The advertisement, that is.
Which is where the network comes in. He's mastered this thing, oh yes he has, and it's staring right at what appears to have once been a simple cart for merchandise now filled to the brim with plushes ranging from large to small of Persona and demons that are not cute nor elegant and most some part a side the doesn't exactly want to think about of his guest.
Theodore clears his throat. The only bad part about this is that it's raining, and he's looking quite soaked. The plush are fine though! Sadly his blue resident clothes are not. Perhaps he should invest in those clothes he'd gotten... Ah, oh well.]
Good day, Hinoto-Ri. Might I interest you all in some... exquisitely made dolls? I have everything from the, ah, powerful Mara to the beginner's Ghoul. If you ask for one, there are chances I may have it so long as it is of the more, um, frightening designs. It is the time of the year for frightful items, correct? [... Maybe this was a bad idea who'd want these things-- stay strong!] And they are all for free. Or, if you'd be willing, I would like to trade them for dolls of the Jack family in particular, and I will give you a large sum if you manage upon a King Frost.
[Fool proof.]
I will be traveling through most of the districts with the exception of the Taurus, so if you see me please do not hesitate to stop me and ask for one. [A pause, and for a second he seems desperate.] Please. I will first be centered in Libra where my current residence is and I will continue throughout the city all day until the last of these are in the hands of someone who will cherish them.
[Please take these from me, his eyes seem to say. But that's ridiculous right? A resident's supposed to accept all parts of an individual. But they never said they had to like the form they came in. A list for reference, by the way, of his wares. Personas in front, Demons in back of his cart. Simply ask!]

[Unless she has something else in NO DON'T EVEN START, THEO'S MIND.]
Are you able to come down? I'm only right outside for the moment, though I will be moving to Pisces briefly in order to hand deliver a doll to a young girl.
[may you could also bring him an umbrella
that would be nice]
[video] -> [Action]
[She can do better than an umbrella, actually. Or well... it requires a brief stop in the convenience store on the first floor of the building, but she acquires a clear poncho for him. Easier to balance if he's pushing a cart.
She heads outside carrying this and her own umbrella to search for him...]
[Action]
What is that.]
I have ensured that Thanatos has not been damaged in any way, and... what is that you're carrying?
[Action]
It's a poncho! I brought it to trade with you. It's no good if you get all wet walking around in this weather.
[...whoops looks like it's not entirely clear like she'd thought. There's a pattern of little ducks holding umbrellas all over it.
...Well, good enough, right?]
[Action]
really cute. Look as his face lights up.]
You really did not have to, though can't deny that I am happy you did. [It won't look funny at all on him!
How do you wear one of these anyway. They'll trade first - Thanatos and the poncho - and he will attempt to figure it out. Head through the hole? Seems simple enough.]
[Action]
You need to turn it so you can put on the hood.
[she tugs the plastic around the right way... and he can even keep his hat on like this. However he manages to keep the thing on his head.]
[Action]
the secret of his hat is that it's part of his head]Thank you. Though, I feel rather... silly. [Not to say he isn't pleased, of course, because no matter how silly it was it would do its job well.] I shall return it to you once my cart is empty.
