If it had suddenly begun to attack, I would understand your point--but, as you have stated, it is just "hanging" there. I can only assume its close proximity to the City is because, like me, it has only just arrived. Given time, it should drift out a little farther.

Songs are actually stored within the Reyvateils that sing them; Song Servers process those Songs. I'm not sure what the maximum number of Songs the Infel Pira can process at once is.
