I don't think Theo's capable of that.

[And she really doesn't. Theo may say some weird and sometimes kind of blunt or arrogant things, but he never is trying to hurt feelings. He even defends Elizabeth, who is bizarre by anyone's standards (even though Minako likes her too.)]

With his job though, he didn't get many chances to get out and meet people. So I'm happy he's making friends.
