...Though to be honest, that's a pretty ridiculous goal, especially since it's not very concrete. I assume it's got something to do with the weird things that happen around here, but that's just conjecture.

There are laws that exist in every world. Surely kidnapping is a crime here if it is developed enough to have such advanced technologies such as this.
