I know there are many repair shops in the Cancer district, but I'm not sure if they'll repair it so much as..."improve" it. Your best bet would be to see if anyone around here is from your relative time period can fix it, first, before heading there.

Not that Cancer is a bad district...I just figured it'd be a fair warning to give.
