[The video feed turns on with Noda looking straight at the screen with a biggest grin on his face.]

[He talks a little too loud... But if you know him, it's a little weird for him to offer a hand. Or maybe you are perhaps reminded of a certain situation. Nevertheless, he's offering to help around! He's a pretty good fighter at least, so maybe his strength can be of some use?]

[Shortly after the message is put on the network, Noda is seen around town, breaking all of the fire hydrants with his halberd. Why was he....?]

What are you doing?

Uh...hey, what did those water pumps ever do to you, kid?

Oi, Noda!

[And here comes Hinata, a bat slung over his shoulder, shoes smacking the wet pavement as he runs over.]

W~ow!! How far can you get the next one to fly!? [Yes, he had been seeing how far the hydrants Noda broke went after he hit them, and yes, he was asking Noda to make a contest out of it, why do you ask?]

I AM WATERING THE PLANTS, THEY REQUIRE WATER AND THESE WATER HYDRANTS ARE IN THE WAY!!

[Noda yells back and slices open another one.]

They are preventing the plants to grow, that is what they are doing!!

[He yells, and is not making much sense. There goes another fire hydrant.]

[ Yuri's definitely realized that something is off about Noda. She knows that it might be due to something going down in the city. After all, it's not like she actually called an < Operation: High Tension Syndrome > or anything of the such.

But at least he's not going off and attacking people, right? Let's just hope he doesn't for the time being, at least. ]

If you're going to help people out, why don't you assist me with something, Noda-kun?

Hmph, I am not competing of how far I am able to send fire hydrants flying into the air!! I must save these plants!!!

[Sorry Hinata, these plants are in dire need of their water and he wasn't going to let competition get in the way to save them!]

[That's strange.

Just outside of his window, he can see someone swinging around a weapon in broad daylight, along with a blue-headed friend nearby. The aforementioned weapon looks like a polearm being wielded by a purple blur of --

In mere seconds, Otonashi is scrambling--albeit unsuccessfully-- to open the window and straining his already wrecked voice to talk to them.]

Noda, no! [But since they probably can't hear him, he resorts to pitifully pressing and clawing at the ever-oppressive window.]

[Flynn watches the water gushing out uncontrollably, soaking everything.] Isn't that too much water?
[Yep. He's getting wet.]

...Preventing plants to grow.

[Okay, that's probably not a rational response. She takes a step back and lets a hand rest on her belt near her training saber.]

How exactly are they doing this?

Ehh-!? [Oh my God.]

[He was right.]

These plants need to be watered!! [He's just... screaming to the heavens now.]

[Before he knew it, he'd thrown the bat to the side, cupping his hands together and catching miniscule amounts of the water that gushed from the broken hydrants, throwing it at nearby plants.]

[Unbeknownst to him, his negligent tossing of the bat had been... more spirited than he thought, as it flew up into the sky and connected with the second story window Otonashi was banging on.]

That is what I have been saying!!! [Noda yells back; now it's a yelling competition between the two, as Noda starts swinging his halberd around a little dangerously. He doesn't pay attention to the direction the bat was thrown, so he doesn't quite notice that Otonashi's banging at the window.]

Are you going to sit and watch these plants wither and die from lack of water?!?!

[He almost screeches when that baseball bat breaks through his window, but his voice is -- mercifully, in this case -- still wrecked from the fire. Just as much a victim of TRIHARDO as anyone else by now, he grabs the book at his bedside and begins smashing the rest of the window.

~~Prison~~ hospital break. HE HAS TO HELP HIS FRIENDS --

-- help them not worsen the fire defense of the city, that is.]

W-wait--! You are endangering the city! [With the dangerous shards out of the way, he moves to jump out of the window like a complete moron--

oh wait no, the nurses. They're here to save him from his TRIHARDO-based stupidity.]

N-no, WAIT! THIS IS-- [AHH NO, THE COUGHING.] I have to... TO SAVE THEM...!

[He continues cupping water in his hands, throwing it at the plants with conviction. But it wasn't good enough.]

Do you see something I could use as a bucket!? [Because his hands were far too inefficient for the amount of water that needed transporting!]

[And then... the sound of shattering glass and weakened screaming? The blunette looked up the window he'd negligently broken, just in time to see Otonashi's ~~prison~~ hospital break get interrupted by nurses.]

Oi, Noda! [Yuri wasn't here, so wasn't he sort of the acting leader?] If we had more people, we could water the plants even faster. [He pointed up to the broken hospital window.] Operation: Jailbreak!!

[And as he gets done slicing up another fire hydrant, he turns to look at the direction Hinata's pointing. Why, of course! That's such a great idea! Why hadn't he thought of that before?]

More to help these plants in need? Of course!!

[And then he starts running towards the hospital to get people out.]

[See this? This is the reason why Visitors sometimes get no respect.

Otonashi is quickly neutralized--tranquilized, really--and escorted to another room. If the SSS boys, who seem to be quickly becoming the town vandals, really want to try breaking into the hospital that they've just damaged, then they're going to be met with complaints, opposition, and possible reprimand.

Oh, and the hospital security. YOU SHALL NOT PASS, IDIOTS.]

[Breaking out everyone in the hospital? Noda, you mad genius, you!]

[Hinata runs for the main entrance of the hospital, quickly stopped by the hospital security. He hadn't... thought of that, leaning to whisper to Noda.]

Psst... Oi, Noda... How do we get in?

We go in with force!!

[And he jumps ahead, shoving past the security. With the raised concern with the broken window, though, there's a lot more security rushing to the scene, it's only a matter of time before Noda gets caught.]

[Aww, isn't that cute? You silly boys...

BUT IT'S WRONG. You do your moron business OUTSIDE.

Perhaps Noda can get past the initial security guards, but word of the Visitor vandals had already circulated through the facility. Several people, ranging from doctors to security staff to able-bodied secretaries, rush in to pin Noda (and Hinata too, if he chooses to follow Noda's terrible lead) down.]

"Couldn't we sedate 'em? They're not natives. Seems to be somethin' weird going around..."

"If it comes down to it, I will. Someone should call one of the higher-ups. We can at least contain them temporarily, I'm sure..."

They are withholding the water required for the plans, that is what they are doing!!

[His attention is now on you, brow raised as if to question "are you going to get in my way?"]

More is better, is it not?!

[It's okay, Noda's getting drenched as well.]

[And then he stops to look at Flynn with a look.]

[He gestures at the waterlogged plants. Some you can barely see the tips of them.]
Plants can die with too much water.

[And he looks over at the plants that were now indeed underwater. After a moment of silence, the realization slowly dawns to him.]

...This cannot be!!

[And then he drops his halberd in despair.]

[She stands her ground and meets his gaze.]

They're holding water there for a reason. Making it spray all over the concrete isn't going to make any more plants grow. Are you feeling alright?

[Common sense is what Noda lacks usually, and even more so with this strange thing he was dealing with. He stays quiet for a little before yelling some incoherent words, swinging his halberd around like crazy.]

The plants need water!!!!! [That's probably the only thing coming from his mouth that's understandable as he runs off to destroy more fire hydrants.]

[Sigh.]

Well, I can't let you waste all this. Persona!

[Meetra calls out Vima Sunrider and attempts a Marin Karin spell on the berserk kid. Hopefully that would get him to stop for a moment, at least.]

[The charm spell does take its effect, and Noda stands around confused, looking at the next ~~victim~~ fire hydrant before putting his weapon down.]

[There is a pause in the audio, but that is only because Noda is counting his change.]

I have [some random number, basically just around the monthly allowance he has to get by]. If you require more, I am willing to assist.

[No Noda, don't go breaking into banks.]

[She gives a reassuring smile.]

Now, if you really want to help the plants, you want to leave the city infrastructure alone, go home, and look up irrigation systems on the public network. Okay?

If that will help the plants grow, then so be it. [And then he starts making his way home.]
