I don't know if atomic restructuring will still work down there, but if you know how to build weapons, make sure you come. I'll teach you how everything works. It's cheaper than buying them from the store, after all. Oh, and if you're a part of the SSS? If you don't come, I'll make sure that you'll get what you deserve.

Fighting is just a precaution. But swimming is a requirement; there's a waterway when you get to Guild.
