H-Honestly, he just looks like a normal guy...! H-He was pretty nice before, and I just told him to pretend to take a lot of damage, but-- I used one of my weak spells, and he just seemed to get angry for real instead of pretending, and I tried to talk to him but he wouldn't talk to me anymore...!

[On the plus side, you couldn't pay him to go near a torch right now.]

I-I didn't mean to... [well, he hadn't meant to send Otoha after him, basically, but he was too freaked out about everything to keep it to himself.]

The tournaments-- with the demons? When we got kidnapped-- someone told us a rescue team was coming, so they told us to st-stall for as long as possible... basically fake the fights, right? I-I mean, we didn't really wanna fight each other...! But when we got in the ring, we were going at it for a bit, and then he started-- actually attacking-- not pulling his punches anymore, I mean! I-I guess one of my attacks made him angry, but I don't know why....

He did... something, but I don't really know what. I just remember feeling like I was gonna die.

I-I dunno if I provoked him... I mean, I didn't do anything to try and kill him myself! I was just using my weakest attacks, and then he got really angry!

No... a-actually, I don't even remember if I still had my COMP with me.

[He was either dumb enough to forget to check, ooooorrrr he had forgotten in the terror-filled part of that day.]

If an entrance didn't exist, then how did we get down there? [Now he's just curious and confused.] Maybe it's only accessible for demons? Augh, I dunno...

I suppose we'll wait and see. Now that you have openly revealed this creature's disguise, it will probably retaliate by trying to finish the job. If you survive, do try to remember important details about it.
