[You all missed Isabelle's smiling face, didn't you? Of course you did. Which is good, because tonight she's on everyone's COMPs to make a special announcement!]

Good evening, everyone! I hope you're all enjoying the warmer weather and looking forward to spring as much as I am! The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming... and just like the flowers, our city is slowly coming back, too! Thanks to the Visitors' help, electricity has been restored to the entire city, and the subway system is almost fully operational again. There are still some buildings that are damaged, but with everyone pitching in, I'm sure we'll be able to get everything fixed up soon. So let's all roll up our sleeves and do our best!

We're not still having problems with rampaging demons, are we? And the Mayor's still doing fine, right? I think I was involved with those two things last time I was here.

Huh. Well, I guess that's better than how it was that one time. Good to hear the Mayor's fully recovered, though I guess it has been a few months.

Yes, the city has been slowly recovering since then. I think everyone is feeling very hopeful!

Oh... well, electricity has been restored everywhere, the networks are fully functional, and transportation is almost back to normal. There are still some damaged and abandoned buildings, but everything is coming along very well!
